The best phone for Vlogging is a combination of solid 4K video and good sound/audio capability.
In the start of 2020 I’d give the Motorola One Vision a 5,5 out of 10 for Vlogging. Video quality of the 48MP back camera in 4K is good with nice colors and good dynamic range. But it has very big difficulties with focusing. The selfie camera is not that good – It’s not accurate on the colors, and it has terrible stabilization. So you wanna use the back camera for best quality, and that means that you loose control of the shoot, as you can’t see what’s happening at any given time – which is a big concern when it doesn’t always focus.
Audio quality of the Motorola One Vision is tweaked to be very bright in the high-end, so it’s a matter of preference if you like that. Personally I prefer the Huawei P30 and Asus Zenfone 6 that has better full range EQ.
Though it seems tempting for the pricepoint. Don’t buy this phone for Vlogging, unless your only use is as a fixed distance shooter. You may NOT step too much backwards or forwards – then it looses the focus.
Hope you enjoy – Vloggers Delight.
